About the Founder

They need experienced leadership that can identify opportunities, align people with purpose, and help execute lasting change.For more than twenty years, I built my career inside manufacturing, protein distribution, international trade, operations, sales leadership, and supply chain organizations — learning firsthand what drives sustainable growth, and what quietly prevents companies from reaching their full potential.In a short period of time, I helped expand international operations into 12 countries, growing business volume through strategic sales development, operational alignment, and customer partnerships. I've led lean, cross-functional teams; built export compliance and documentation systems across global markets; and partnered with IT through a two-year ERP enhancement to modernize invoicing and trade documentation. I've also managed warehouse operations across multiple states — inventory accuracy, logistics, and supplier relationships.I founded VEAR Advisors on a simple belief: experience is only valuable if it transfers.
